This is my entry for THU Golden Ticket

EN - “Forest Saviors” is about an indigenous whom studied and developed little robots to help him carry and find the best spot to plant seedlings of almost extinct species in the forest.
This is my first personal illustration I’ve developed from scratch. My intention was to mix my 2D skill with my 3D knowledge.
Started with few concepts, thumbnails. Modeled and textured and put everything together in 3D comp.
Then I’ve thrown everything in photoshop and painted the detail, light and mood.

You can see some of the process on the last pic.
Hope you like it 😁 I’ve put a lot of effort on it.

PT “Salvadores da floresta” é sobre um indígena que estudou e desenvolveu pequenos robôs a carregar e plantar mudas de plantas quase extintas em lugares remotos da floresta.
Essa foi meu primeiro trabalho pessoal que fiz todo o processo.
Começando com alguns conceitos e thumbs. Modelei, texturizei e coloquei tudo em uma cena só no 3D.
Taquei tudo no Photoshop depois e pintei os detalhes, luz e ambiente.
